CrossFit Class
Group CrossFit Classes, involving weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, kettlebells, etc. Scheduled classes with a CrossFit Markham Trainer.

KettleBell Class
On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am there is a half hour Kettle-Bell Class.
These classes involve KettleBell movements, body weight and functional movements. This is a quick paced, half hour session that will help you develop KettleBell technique, increase strength, increase cardio, change body composition and help you lose weight.
Price: $15 Drop-In fee

1 session equivalent to 10 pack members.

Weightlifting Class
Spend an hour working on Olympic and Power lifts.
Every Friday at 5:00pm

- CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes, and healthier kids.

CrossFit Running Classes

Thursdays at 7:00pm
- 1 hour of learning proper running technique, running drills, marathon training,
- improve cardio, improve 1 mile run, 3, 5 and 10k runs
- this is more then just running group, we will teach you how to Pose Method Run, the preferred technique of the worlds fastest man Usain Bolt
